the hotel's location was not too close to the busy town or temples, providing a peaceful environment. It was also within easy reach of the famous Angkor Wat, allowing me to explore it comfortably. the room was clean and tidy, and the staff were attentive and accommodating, helping me with all my requests. the breakfast options were diverse and delicious, perfect for starting my day of adventure.
The slight inconvenience of having to take a short Tuk Tuk ride to explore the nearby city.

I stayed at The Grand Cyclo Boutique Suite & Spa for 6 days while visiting Angkor Wat. The location was perfect and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The small but clean and beautiful swimming pool was a lovely bonus. I had the opportunity to participate in a cooking class and explore the old market with the manager, which was an awesome experience. The room was in great condition and I didn't encounter any mosquitoes during my stay. The breakfast, although not extensive, was satisfying, and the coffee was excellent.
Totally recommend this hotel.

They went above and beyond in helping me plan my tours, with great recommendations for restaurants and the local area. The hotel offered a free one-way airport transfer and the location was very convenient for sightseeing. The modern and clean rooms were comfortable and there were two small swimming pools to enjoy, one on the ground floor and a spacious rooftop. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and provided advice and tips for our city break.
Our sleep was disturbed due to the hard bed and pillows. The shower temperature was inconsistent and never reached a satisfactory heat level, making it a bit of a shock to use.

I had a luxurious and comfortable experience at this hotel. the exclusive amenities like the spa services and private facilities made my stay extra special. the beautiful garden area and sun terrace provided a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy drinks and meals from the top-notch restaurant and bar.
The breakfast buffet had limited options and the fruits were not as fresh as I expected. this minor issue did not affect the overall excellence of the hotel's service and room advantages.

Impressive service recovery when there was a billing issue at check out. We accidentally left the room key inside and were charged for it, but the front desk staff promptly resolved the situation by waiving the fee and apologizing sincerely. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.
